Located in a little village in the unspoilt Appennino Hills, this hotel offers charming accommodation,

along with a hands on cooking school.

 

This will be a highlight of your visit to Italy.

 

 

One week cooking class.

 

Day 1. Hand made pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli, tagliolini, cappelletti)  Two and a half hours.

 

Day 2.  History and desctription of Romagna wines.

               Tasting of 4 wines and local product such as ham, olive oli, balsamic vinegar and cheeses. Two hours.

 

Day 3. Pastry lessons. Mousse, tart and Cantucci biscuits.  Two and a half hours.

 

Day 4. Cookery lessons. Starters, vegetable and meat.  Two and a half hours.

 

Day 5. Full afternoon visit to two renowned wineries.

 

 

Price includes 3 dinners after cooking classes. Cost per person EURO 340.

 

Minimum  participants to run course is two people.

 

Accommodation packages can be combined with these classes.
