Located in a little village in the unspoilt Appennino Hills, this hotel offers charming accommodation, along with a hands on cooking school.

 

This will be a highlight of your visit to Italy.

Short Stay Package

 

Bed, breakfast and dinner EURO 80 per person per  night.

Cooking class with light lunch EURO 65 per person

 

 

One week cooking class.

 

Day 1. Hand made pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli, tagliolini, cappelletti)  Two and a half hours.

 

Day 2.  History and desctription of Romagna wines. Tasting of 4 wines and local product such as ham, olive oli, balsamic vinegar and cheeses. Two hours.

 

Day 3. Pastry lessons. Mousse, tart and Cantucci biscuits.  Two and a half hours.

 

Day 4. Cookery lessons. Starters, vegetable and meat.  Two and a half hours.

 

Day 5. Full afternoon visit to two renowned wineries.

 

 

Price includes 3 dinners after cooking classes

 

Cost per person EURO 340.

 

Minimum  participants to run course

is two people.
