Excellent service from well-groomed staff, wide range of food and beverages, very good IFE with wide screens and the new OZ Smartium seats the best I have experienced with personal privacy, state-of-the-art technology, 180 degree beds which is much appreciated on long distance flights.

It is definitely the best business class I have flown in a long while. Staff were the highlight, they provided my children with cards and puzzles to keep them occupied on a 10 hour flight. Perhaps the cabins were a little cool for me but other than that I recommend Asiana.
